These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Kawartha Krew Custom Clothing ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By placing an order with Kawartha Krew Custom Clothing, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory, or that you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.
All products offered by Kawartha Krew Custom Clothing are custom-made based on customer specifications. By submitting an order, you agree that all details provided, including sizes, quantities, colours, and design approvals, are final at the time of production.
You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, logos, and designs are accurate and approved prior to production. Kawartha Krew Custom Clothing is not responsible for errors in spelling, design placement, sizing, or other details once approval has been given.
All artwork, logos, and designs submitted by customers remain the property of the customer or the original copyright holder. By submitting any design, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce it. We are not responsible for verifying ownership or copyright of submitted materials and are not liable for any infringement claims arising from customer-provided content.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders unless the product is defective or there is a proven error on our part. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective or incorrect. Variations in colour, sizing, fabric feel, or minor differences between mockups and final products are not considered defects.
Production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on order size, design complexity, and supply availability. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Kawartha Krew Custom Clothing is not responsible for delays outside of our control, including shipping delays, supplier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping times are separate from production times and are determined by the shipping carrier. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Full or partial payment may be required before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inappropriate content, or inability to fulfill the order.
Kawartha Krew Custom Clothing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Services. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
