Because of the personalized nature of our items, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy, with limited exceptions outlined below.By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.All custom orders are final. Once an order has been approved and production has begun, it cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or refunded. This includes all apparel that has been customized with logos, names, numbers, or specific design requests.Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details prior to production, including sizing, colours, spelling, design placement, and artwork. Kawartha Krew Custom Clothing is not responsible for errors that were approved prior to production.We do not offer refunds or exchanges for issues related to sizing, colour variations, fabric feel, or differences between digital mockups and the final product.
