Return and Refund Policy

Last updated: March 27, 2026At Kawartha Krew Custom Clothing, all products are custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy, with limited exceptions outlined below.By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.All custom orders are final. Once an order has been approved and production has begun, it cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or refunded. This includes all apparel that has been customized with logos, names, numbers, or specific design requests.Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details prior to production, including sizing, colours, spelling, design placement, and artwork. Kawartha Krew Custom Clothing is not responsible for errors that were approved prior to production.We do not offer refunds or exchanges for issues related to sizing, colour variations, fabric feel, or differences between digital mockups and the final product. These variations are considered normal in custom apparel production.Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The item received is defective, or
  • The item does not match the approved order due to an error on our part

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.To report an issue, you must contact us with:

  • Your order details
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photo evidence of the product

We reserve the right to assess all claims and determine whether a refund, replacement, or correction will be issued.If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible. In some cases, a store credit or replacement may be offered instead of a refund.Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any approved items, unless the issue was caused by our error.We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier.
